Coaching for neurodivergent professionals
What is neurodivergent coaching?
Neurodivergent coaching is a collaborative conversation about the things that matter to you.
We can explore how your attention, energy, communication, sensory needs and working environment affect everyday life, then find approaches that suit you.
You set the agenda.
I bring questions, reflections and structure; we work out together what is useful.
You do not need a formal diagnosis
You may already identify as neurodivergent, be awaiting an assessment, or simply be wondering whether this wat of thinking could help you understand your experiences.
I will not assume that everyone with the same label has the same needs.
What might you bring?
Understanding your strengths, needs and patterns, especially at work
Managing demands, priorities, transitions, procrastination or overwhelm
Finding ways to work with your energy and executive functioning
Exploring disclosure, reasonable adjustments or conversations with colleagues
Navigating identity, confidence, masking, boundaries or burnout Making a decision, testing an approach, or finding a sustainable next step
These are examples, not a checklist.
Some sessions are reflective, others are practical. We can change direction as your needs change.
Who is it for?
I work particularly with healthcare professional who are exploring neurodivergence and the demands of professional life.
I also welcome other professional where coaching is a good fit.
The discovery conversation gives us both a change to decide whether my approach meets what you need.
How we can work together
Sessions take place online by Zoom.
About me
I am a GP and a lead clinician with NHS Practitioner Health. I bring experience supporting healthcare professionals through personal and professional challenges.
My approach is warm, curious and practical. I aim to offer a space where you can examine what is happening without judgement, and shape changes that make sense for you.
Where coaching fits
Coaching can help you understand your experience and try changes in work or life.
It does not provide a diagnostic assessment, medical advice, treatment, psychotherapy or crisis support.
Although I am a GP, our coaching relationship is separate from clinical care: I am working with you as a coach, not as your doctor. If another type of support would better meet your needs, we can discuss that openly.
Our conversations are private, within the limits of confidentiality and practical arrangements explained in the coaching agreement before we begin.
I currently can only work with clients who are physically in the UK during sessions.
Getting started
Email me or use the contact form to arrange a discovery conversation.
We can talk about what you are looking for, how coaching works, and whether it feels like the right fit.
There is no need to arrive with a perfectly formed goal.
What Sets Me Apart
Medic-to Medic Understanding
I bring a particular understanding of the intense pressures and systemic challenges of professional life. This clinical background allows us to move quickly past the "context" and focus on your specific journey.
A Truly Neuro-Inclusive Space
I offer a supportive environment specifically designed for professionals who identify with (or suspect) neurodivergent traits and value a coach who truly "gets it". My style is warm and curious, helping you unlock your own resourcefulness by exploring your thinking in depth
Clarity for the "Stuck" Professional
Whether you are navigating a new role, facing a major career decision, or simply feeling stalled, our sessions provide a confidential space to generate fresh perspectives. Together, we clarify your values and goals to build the self-belief needed to take your next practical step
